Barclay Tagg grew up in Lancaster PA, He is a former hunter-jumper and steeplechase jockey who is now known for his accomplishments in the thoroughbred racing industry. He became the first trainer to win the Kentucky Derby (with Funny Cide) in his first attempt since Cam Gambolati's win with Spend A Buck in 1985.
