Dave Vivian Sr. has worked his way up the trainers ranks and established himself as a consistent figure in the winners circle on the east coast. Dave started training back in 1950's in Canada and became one of the leading trainers in New England for years before moving to FL with one of his major owners, Roy Cohen in 1984. Since then he has been consistently on the leading trainers list, running horses in Breeder Cup races and winning graded stakes all over the east coast. He also conditioned Aclassysassylassy to become the second filly in history to sweep the filly division of the Florida Stallion Series. She won the three races in 2004, as well as the the Joe O'Farrell Juvenile Fillies, and the Judy's Red Shoes Stakes as a 3-year-old. Currently, Vivian Sr. is campaigning Soldier's Dancer to multiple graded stakes wins throughout 2007 and 2008.
